Drew Barrymore Pregnant?

Two months after getting engaged to Will Kopelman, Drew Barrymore may be pregnant with her first child, the actress was spotted leaving a doctor's office with a sonogram in-hand over the weekend.

Although there could be another explanation for the sonogram, starting a family has long been on Barrymore's mind. "I definitely feel the beginnings of a tick-tock," she told PEOPLE in 2006. "Whether I have children or adopt, whatever form a family comes in, I would absolutely love to have it." 

 

After nearly a year of dating, art consultant Kopelman popped the question to Barrymore over the holidays in Sun Valley, Idaho. And, indeed, a couple months before, an insider told that twice-married former child star Barrymore was "yearning to get married and have kids."
